Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Our shipments are free of charge within the United Kingdom.

Once you purchase an item in stock, we’ll ship it within 3 working days. It will take up to 2-4 working days to arrive.

If the item you purchased is out of stock, please click the "notify me when available" button to allow us to let you know. It will probably take one or two months depending on our schedule but we can always have a chat through email if you need it quicker. We frequently renew our stocks as per our customers' demands.

International Shipping

International shipping is free of charge if your order exceeds £125 and we have allowed for reasonable fees for orders which cost less. Please be aware that you might be charged with customs duties if you exceed the de-minimis amount (i.e 150€ for EU) and/or import tax (i.e 19% for Germany) depending on your country's customs regulations. Please check before you order to avoid any unplanned costs. Once your items enter your country's customs, you will be contacted by the local shipping company for any duties and import tax that you might need to pay.  Once that's cleared, your items will be with you in a few days. Or, you might also be charged when you receive your items at your door.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, including everything that was sent in the product box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and if it was an international shipping, the customs declaration form attached to the package. 

Please securely package the items you are returning. If the items arrive damaged due to improper return packaging, we might not be able to issue a full refund to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label (in the case we are covering the return) or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Return Fees

Return fees are not covered by us unless you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective or it’s not the item you purchased. In that case, please take photos of the item and get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

How to cancel an order

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of ordering it, emailing to hello@dunobjects.com.

 

About rings and brass

Before ordering a ring, please use our ring size guide to order the right size for you to avoid the process of returning.

Please be reminded that brass is an alloy which will naturally oxidise and tarnish in time due to its copper content.

All our brass jewellery is PU coated to add a layer of protection and delay the process of oxidisation. Although, we cannot provide warranty for how long this will last as it is very dependent on the circumstances of use and the person who is wearing it. All our packages include a small polish cloth and please have a look at our care guide to learn more about how to make the best use of your jewellery.
